1. Returns
If you received a defective product, you may return your unused products to us within 10 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

– The items must be unused.
– Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
– The item must be in the same condition as received, free from any further         damage or alterations from use.
– Certain items, such as custom-made products, may not be eligible for return.
– Bank letter confirming company bank details for refund purposes.

2. Refunds

Please note:

– Shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable.
– If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective item), we will cover the cost of replacements and delivery thereof.
– Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank provider.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item. Please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items
